In collaboration with different companies, Aarhus School of Business offers scholarships to especially talented students who are about to finish their master. This year, 5 out of the 7 receiving students are Novas, which of cause we, at Nova100, are really proud of.
Maybe the selection shouldn’t come as a surprise, since the reward is given on the basis of the students’ academic level, their CVs and the quality of their master thesis projects which is equivalent to two of Nova100’s three selection criteria. But the scholarship of DKK 30,000 is nonetheless a great achievement, given only to the most hard-working, committed and talented graduating students at ASB.
One of the rewarded Novas is Anders Madsen Pedersen, who is majoring in strategy, organization and leadership.
“It is important to me both personally and professionally; personally, because it is an acknowledgement of my good work as a student and as a lecturer. Professionally, because I can use it to position myself in relation to companies. I have already updated my CV with the 2009 scholarship, and a few weeks ago I was offered a job with the consultancy firm Hildebrandt & Brandi, which was my first priority”, he says.
