Nova100 warmly welcomes two new employees to the Talent management team and sadly say goodbye to two close friends.
After a steady period with few employee changes, change has reached Nova100. Talent Manager Cathrine Holm-Nielsen has decided to take on new adventures within employer branding in our partner company Vestas. Cathrine has been a core part of Nova100’s Talent Management team since 2007 and will be greatly missed.  Furthermore Talent Researcher Maj Schøler Fausing has finished her master of psychology and will begin a new chapter as hard working PhD student. Maj has truly been a great asset for Nova100 since she joined us in 2008 and we wish her all the best.
We now open our arms and warmly welcome our two new Talent Researchers Iben Ronja Blom and Christian Korshøj Pedersen.
Iben is a human resource management master student at CBS (cand.soc.HRM) and has a bachelor in business and psychology from RUC. She has previously worked within HR in Telia and Probana Management and brings great knowledge and passion to the organization.
Christian is an energetic business and philosophy bachelor student at CBS and will begin his master of human resource management (cand.merc.HRM) this summer. He has a history within the military as well as experience working for our partner company Nordea.
Iben and Christian will together with Talent Manager Christina Holm, Area Manager Thomas Laursen and Partner Jesper Abildgaard represent the Danish Nova100 team.
