In order for us to evaluate your application, we need information about professional experience, academic results, competences, leadership, and personal skills etc. We therefore ask you to upload the following documents; an updated CV, your relevant grade sheets or diplomas and references. CV and indication of grades are mandatory, references, however, are not. You may also choose to upload a short motivation regarding why you should be a member of the network.
What happens if I have to prepare the documents before sending the application?
In order to fill out the application properly, you will need to have all the relevant documents ready right away. This is the first step in our admission process to the network. If you pass the first screening, we will call you in for a personal interview.
Please be advised that if you are admitted to the NovaPro network, we will need more substantial information about you and you will be asked to fill out our CV registration. When typing this information into our database system, it enables us to easily search and find your information and thereby possibly match you with the right job opportunities or relevant events. You can copy and paste parts of your own CV into the right sections in our registration. The more you write, the better we get to know you.
But for now you should merely include the uploaded documents during the first step of the screening and recruitment process. Within a few weeks, the Talent Management team will let you know whether you will proceed in the application process.
